E.S. in red and greeen - we were very proud of them! Wilfred Blatherwick lived at Manor Farm, Joe and Mona Hallam at Firs Farm. The Blore's came from Church Farm, Syerston. There was a choice of Elston or Flintham for the Syerston children, they walked to school across the fields footpath. It was very well worn in those days.
