The Waggon and Horses Inn, on the East side of the A60/A614, looking NE. On the right is the entrance to Redhill Post Office. The Wagon and Horses was reputedly built in 1827 as a coach house for the main arterial road north it stands upon. Well into the 1970s, The Wagon still retained its stables that had been originally used to replenish stage coaches with new horses in order to climb up the _interminable rise of Redhill
