The location of this footbridge is unknown and Kingston on Soar has been suggested as an alternative to Sutton Bonington. From the appearance of the river it is not at all certain that this is one of the navigable sections of the Soar. The house in the background might provide a clue. Can anyone say where this bridge was located?
