Looking north-west along Zouch Road/Main Street at Zouch. Zouch Mills, which produced plaster, can be seen in the distance. The raised footway was a response to regular flooding of the road here by the River Soar. The posts on the right with their single insulators may be carrying a telephone line to the mills. A photographic copy of a commercial postcard.
