Looking up Station Road from Mansfield Road with the main building of Daybrook station (closed to passengers in 1960 and goods traffic in 1964) on the left and the Bero factory on the right. New flats have already been constructed on the former goods yard of the station and subsequently all of the older buildings seen here, along with Station Road itself, were swept away and the site redeveloped as the Madford Business Park.
