This large brewery complex was developed after 1872. This was the first building to be erected on the extensive site in 1864. As well as brewing, Warwicks and Richardson's also malted their own barley. Shown here are the former stores and dispatch warehouses. Still largely intact (at least externally) in 1998 the buildings were converted into luxury flats.
