The Worksop Coat of Arms

Worksop
England

The Motto ' Sans Dieu Rien' translates to mean 'Nothing without God', used by the Priory Church, dating back to the 12th century. It shows a depiction of Robin Hood and a medieval crusader Knight standing beside a shield with Lion, Bird, Mining tools and an Oak Tree. Squirrels rampant are on top of a castelated helm. (the design looks remarkably 19th or 20th century, Robin Hood looks like Errol Flynn!)
