Grove Mill

Grove Lane
Retford
England

This picture shows Grove Mill alongside the Chesterfield Canal. The advert on the building on the far right reads 'use Major Oak self raising flour'. The building is now a snooker hall. Behind the mill in the photograph you can see the gasometer, which was demolished in the 1970s(?) when north sea gas was introduced.
