Church is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, built in 1772 in classical style and is a Chapel of Ease to Miserterton, Notts. Built in brick under the will of William Huntington, a ships carpenter of whom there stood a monument to in the church (see NCCN003015). Declared redundant in 1993.
