The stables on the east side of the farmyard. These were previously used by a riding school, whose vacation of the premises prior to this photograph, provoked a litigation between a brewery and the Council. The brewery wished to purchase the 17th century buildings to demolish them in order to extend their carpark. However, a preservation order prevented them from doing so.
