As seen from the west. Once a status-symbol house, it was the Beech Tree Pub and is now The Cow (public house). The rear of the building is on Middle Street and has a garden extending to Nether Street. This was originally the 'Manchester Unity Club' but was later shortened to the 'Unity Club'.
