The tradesman's entrance to Berry Hill Hall, off Berry Hill Lane. The stone wall on the right skirts the hall gardens. Pevsner describes the mansion as being 'a plain, early 19th century building', though it probably dates to around 1774 when there is a reference to a William Bilbie living there. The hall later served as the Miner's Rehabilitation and Convalescence Centre. Just beyond the high section of the wall is the exit conduit of water from the pond and fountain in the grounds.
