St Catharine's Church

The church originally dates to the 12th century (with aisles added in the 13th century), but most of the furnishings are 17th century. The Church has a Norman doorway with nineteen medallions carved with allegorical symbols - lamb, dove, serpent, cross, three fishes and a standing saint. There is a magnificent squire's pew with canopy and window openings.
