Built in 1905 and demolished in 1997. Website contributor Angela Keyworth states that "this house belonged to my Great Grandfather's brother Samuel Isaac Godfrey. My Great Grandparents John and Emma Godfrey lived in the house opposite, 'Park House'. Park House was demolished to make way for the new Health Centre which still stands today (2015)."
