In 1870 Daybrook Laundry was started, along with Home Brewery, by two Robinson brothers, and whilst, sadly, after over 100 yrs the Home Brewery was eventually closed down in 1997, Daybrook Laundry had survived the years apart from a slight name change to Daybrook Linen Services, but now this company too has closed. There was a wartime ban on advertising the Company name which is the reason for the 'Well known Laundry' logo.
