Memorial stone laid by his wife in memory of Private Frank, who died of his wounds at Ypres 30 November 1917 during World War 1. He was buried in the military cemetery at Vlamertinche. The stone is also a memorial to their son George who died aged 18 on the 28 February 1921 and to another son, Albert, who was accidentally killed at Colwick sheds (railway depot and sidings) on 22 July 1924 aged 23.
