VE Day 75th anniversary celebration with bunting and afternoon tea.

Family celebrating VE Day 75th anniversary in their garden on May 8th 2020. There was afternoon tea of cheese and ham sandwiches, doughnuts, cherry scones and cakes. Due to the lockdown restrictions of the Covid-19 outbreak it was just the four of them. The girl in the picture had her hair put up in a 1940 hair style and bunting was sewn and put up around the garden. 1940's music was played on their 'Alexa' and they did a quiz on VE day and the end of WWII.
