The Old Rectory is now home to Mrs Vina Cooke's Museum of Dolls and Bygone Childhood. The house was built in c. 1680 as a dower house for the Earls of Clare, but is known to have been used as a rectory by 1714. The curved wing, which can be seen on the right of a picture, was added in 1814.
