The Aqua Horological Tintinnabulator' was deisgned by inentor Rowland Emett for the Victoria Centre, Nottingham. For many years (from 1973) it was a meeting place on the ground floor of the retail outlet but was later moved upstairs following a refurbishment in 2014.
