Gadsby's Ltd was a family run business founded in Queen Street in 1957 by the late Mr Ron Gadsby. In 1988, the main bakery moved to Mill Park in Southwell. The firm's expansion in the early 1990's saw further shops opened. In 1999, seven of these were sold after the company changed direction to concentrate on organic products.
