View of the interior of St Michael's Church, looking East towards the Rood Screen. Pevsner comments 'The Norman internal space is wide, not subdivided by aisles. It's roominess comes out specially well thanks to the simple plain benches and simple panelling all round it. The date [of the panelling] is 1890;the work was designed by Hodgson Fowler'.
