This is New Manor Farm on Greaves Lane and has been subsequently been converted to dwellings. New Manor Farm used to be farmed by John Tunnicliffe. He was farming there when the photo was taken. Where the photographer is standing is at the bottom of the drive of Yew Tree Farm. The farm has now been sold off and several properties have been built in the orchards.
